Dr. Bernice Welbeck is a career Public Servant with over 30 years' experience in civil/public service administration, working mainly in labour administration. She has served on various committees of labour, including the National Tripartite Committee and the Tripartite Technical Committee on the new Labour Law. She is presently the Director of Administration and Human Resource Management at the National Labour Commission.
She holds an MBA from Tulane International University, A.B. Freeman School of Business, New Orleans, USA; a Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM); and a Doctorate in Business Administration in Leadership and Governance in Organizations, from the Atlantic International University, USA.
