Aaron Amadu Baba is a Lawyer by profession and a Senior Military Officer. He is currently a Directing Staff (Lecturer) at the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFCSC).
He is a Certified Mediator and Arbitrator of the National Labour Commission. He is also an Executive Member and a Facilitator in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) with the Ghana Association of Certified Mediators and Arbitrators (GHACMA).
